🍰 Chocolate Tiramisu Cake Recipe
🧁 For the Cake:
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1¾ cups granulated sugar
• 1½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup hot coffee (or hot water + 1 tablespoon instant coffee)

☕ For the Tiramisu Cream:
• 400 g cream cheese
• 1 cup cold cream
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 1 packet vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee
• 2 tablespoons hot water

🍫 For Soaking:
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

👩🍳 Preparation:
1️⃣ Cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).
2. Beat the eggs and sugar for 3–4 minutes.
3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla, then mix.
4. Sift and add flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Finally, slowly add the hot coffee.
6. Pour into a 24 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Test with a toothpick.

1. Dissolve the granulated coffee in hot water, then cool.
2. Beat the cream until fluffy.
3. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
4. Add the coffee and mix until smooth.

3️⃣ Soaking:
Mix all ingredients and cool.

4️⃣ Assembly:
1. Cut the cake in half horizontally.
2. Soak the bottom layer with the coffee mixture.
3. Spread half of the cream.
4. Place the top layer, soak again.
5. Cover with the remaining cream.

• Sprinkle cocoa
• Grated chocolate
• Bitter chocolate sauce

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
