SERVIS
Osmostepeni model ima tri različite faze: pripremnu, ubrzanje i fazu usporavanja. Faze odražavaju različite dinamičke funkcije serviranja: čuvanje energije (pripremna faza), oslobađanje energije (faza ubrzanja) i usporavanje (faza završnog pokreta).
U narednim objavama ćemo detaljno prelaziti kroz svaku od faza i pozicija.

Opposite force in serve: for each player
is the same, Luka pushes against the ground, an equal and opposite
force is provided by the ground against him. He uses this force
(ground reaction force), provided primarily by his leg-extension, to
drive his body upward and forward to the ball. Equal and opposite force.
Muscular force: the large force-producing muscles of the upper arm
such as latissimus dorsi and pectoralis major are stretched at
maximal external rotation, storing elastic energy. As Luka
initiates his leg drive his racquet will be forced downward and away
from his back. This energy will be recovered to assist in generating
racquet head velocity during the internal rotation (upper arm) phase
of the service action.
Rotational force in serve: during the forward swing Luka will
interdependently rotate his trunk in three planes of motion
transverse - about long axis, frontal - shoulder-over-shoulder and
sagittal - somersault action to help develop racquet speed for impact.
From this position, Luka is well positioned to rotate in these three
planes.
