The client had a clear business idea — a digital platform for selling specialized products online — but lacked a technical team and experience in software development. They needed a functional MVP within 8 weeks, with a limited budget, but still demanded high UX standards and platform stability.

Within the first 5 days, the Projectland team defined the MVP scope, created basic wireframes, and set up the development environment.
