Like any author, your feedback is very important to me. Firstly, it is incredibly motivating to move further in the chosen direction. Secondly, it allows me to make my products better, improve quality, and correct shortcomings. Most of my templates are periodically updated, new file formats are added, instructions are clarified. This would probably not have been possible without getting feedback from my customers.
