🔙✨ Throwback highlights from project!

📍 In May 2022, Dr. Miodrag Dragoj completed a short-term scientific mission at the Institute for Cancer Research, Medical University of Vienna, Austria. During his stay (May 4–30), he received specialized training in bioinformatics for DNA sequencing data — an important step forward for our research.

🎙️ We're also proud to highlight the interview with our Principal Investigator, Dr. Milica Pešić, featured in a news portal, where she shared insights about our project’s goals, challenges, and impact.

📢 The team has published a new article in Oncologie, titled ''Impact of ex vivo cell culturing on ABC transporters’ expression and drug sensitivity in patient-derived non-small cell lung cancer models''.

On January 24th, 2025, the TargetedResponse Webinar gathered researchers and clinicians from the field of oncology.

Dr Milica Pešić, the PI of the project, opened the workshop and welcomed the lecturers. Prof. Chiara Riganti and Dr. Thomas Mohr gave lectures on lung cancer, Assist. Prof. Barbara Breznik spoke about glioblastoma, and Dr. Radmila Janković gave insights about molecular testing in solid tumors in Serbia.
