🌐 UI/UX Designer

Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, user-centered experiences across web (SaaS) and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver designs that are both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure design consistency across platforms and adherence to UI/UX best practices.
Conduct usability testing and apply insights to refine designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into design solutions.
Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web and mobile).
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
Solid understanding of typography, iconography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with motion/interaction design (After Effects, Lottie).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design.
Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent.
Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
