🦂分享一下怎樣以呼吸主導蠍子式
1. 進入肘倒立腿無限往天空延伸
2. 吐氣兩腿如射箭般,拋物線射出去,帶動骨盆髖伸才彎膝
3. 吸氣頭頸胸如眼鏡蛇式般往前再往上
4. 讓一吸一吐創造脊椎空間避免擠壓
5. 重覆3-4次慢慢加深
6. 最後嘗試彎膝感覺腳板要蓋在頭上

🧐以上呼吸與力線走向,我們會透過工作坊,利用輔具如彈力帶/椅子等去領悟。
