Bukayo Saka told the BBC his full name is Bukayo Moses Ayoyinka Temidayo Saka and that he is proud of his Nigerian background.
He explained that both his parents were raised in Nigeria and passed their values on to him.
His parents, Adenike and Yomi Saka, are Yoruba.
This is a simple reminder of where he comes from, though some people will still read more into it than the player ever said.
Bukayo Saka: “My name is Bukayo Moses Ayoyinka Temidayo Saka. I am very proud of it [my Nigerian roots].
Both my parents grew up in Nigeria, so many of their values have been instilled in me.”

Having also played in the CAF Inter-club with Mamelodi Sundowns, Maboe admits his experience will also come in handy for Amakhosi.
“I think in some games [my experience] will come in handy. I know how it feels playing away, the pressure of playing in this competition,” he said.
“As I said, the game gave us the full sense that we are in control, but we didn’t convert our chances. I know we will definitely grow in the tournament, that’s for sure.”

LATEST UPDATE!
Kaizer Chiefs right-back Dillan Solomons is edging closer to the final stretch of his contract at Amakhosi, with just six months left before it expires.
The 29-year-old, known for being a family-first person, is now seeking clarity about his long-term future at Naturena.
However, the clock is ticking… If the situation remains unclear, Solomons will be free to sign a pre-contract with another club in January 2026. Chiefs will need to move fast if they want to keep him.
