Iran Cancels Public Hanging of Over 800 Protesters, Says Trump

President Donald Trump has appreciated Iranian authorities for canceling the public ex*****on of over 800 people whom he said were going to be hanged for their involvement in recent anti-regime protests.

“Iran canceled the hanging of over 800 people,” Trump told journalists, adding that this “had a big impact” in convincing him to not strike Iran.

“They were gonna hang over 800 people yesterday and I greatly respect the fact that they canceled that.”

The US leader had threatened to take “very strong action” if Iran proceeded with the ex*****on of protesters, who have been demanding a regime change for weeks now.

Hundreds have been killed in the protests that have further widened Washington's diplomatic ties with Tehran.
