WHY DOESN’T OUR COMPANY DO THIS?

Many companies start when their founders addressed the answer to the question above.

Frustration with a current employer is the driving force behind this kind of startup. An employee is familiar with the customers in a market and their needs. S/he tells management that the company should create a product
because customers need it, but management doesn’t listen.

Finally, they give up and do it themself.

This is the case with the formation of GSB Innovation? The founder asked "Why dont primary schools in Kribi, teach young children to build the ambition and skills to take advantage of the presence of the port in kribi and the job opportunities it will create?". Her answer was the creation of the amazing GSB Innovation.

I am sure that as the first badge of students approach secondary education the next question she will ask is "What secondary school in Kribi can the dreams and ambitions of my students alive and push them to seive opportunities the kribi deep sea port will bring?". Hopefully her answer to this question will create a very innovative secondary school in Kribi.

There is a misconception that successful companies are born from mountainous or grandiose ambitions.

The implication is that to become an entrepreneurs you have to start with killer or megalomaniac goals in order to succeed.

This is simply not true. The majority of great companies actually began by asking simple questions relating to opportunities people spot. For example is "there a better way of doing it?" - A company could spring from the answer to this question.
