Talking about becoming a better version of you, I realised that one of the best ways to do that is to follow after the steps of those who have gone ahead of you in that area

Look for some body who is already where you want to be or almost there, learn from their process and leverage on their experience. There's no need trying to reinvent the wheel as there's nothing new under the sun

Check their story and study their weaknesses, failures challenges etc and how they overcame these. Look at what made them who they are now, and when they became that. Identify their beliefs and the core principles they live by and relate with yours.

Once you know their story and process you'll also know if you're ready to go through that road and face some of the things they face and how to handle them. If your conviction at this point permits you, then set out on the journey immediately. It's never going to be easy however but it's worth it. Remember leveraging on their experiences will help shorten the time for you to reach there also.

Follow somebody who's already there, have been there, are there or are almost there. Make sure it's the same road!

Okay, Let me start from last year...

I'm so excited to share with you this experience that I had last year. Actually, my 2022 was a great, great year, not because I made a lot of money, nor because I achieved so much materially or financially, and not because I travelled etc, but because of the new things that I was exposed to, the new opportunities I got that came across my way, and the new people that I met.
I'll talk about two today.

The very first thing that I must tell you about last year 2022 is that I had a lot of challenges health wise. It was one of my worst years when it came to my health. I had a lot of health breakdown. I slept in the hospital three times, no four. Was transfused two times, and I took a total of six pints of blood. Can you imagine that? It was also a year where I got so challenged about so many things in my life, business and ministry. In fact I had a lot of challenges, but you know what, it was a great year and somehow my best year so far.👏💪

Number 1: The opportunity
The first major thing about last year is that last year I was open to an opportunity! A great opportunity to learn at that.

I was connected to a platform - LAP that opened me up to a world of unlimited opportunities. I heard for my first time, what high income skills were all about. For my first time I heard something called "digital skills", and it was just so amazing. I was introduced to this platform and took time to learn, that was around March last year, March 15th precisely, that I came across the ad on Facebook, read through it and later signed up. I was exposed to 14 digital globally relevant high income skills, and how I can use them to make money for myself.

I was able to learn what copywriting was all about, social media marketing, WhatsApp marketing, sales and funnel building, graphic design and presentation skills. Also learnt YouTube and blogging, voice artistry/voice over podcasting, digital marketing etc. In fact, these are things that I'd never known for my whole life and I'd never really been serious about learning any extra relevant skills. I'm glad I added these skillset to my knowledge and how to monetize them. Amazing, right? So guess what would be happening this 2023...

Number 2: The People
The second amazing thing that happened to me last year was that I was introduced to great and meaningful relationships. I came across some valuable people who have been adding value to my life and of course my circle of friends and circle of influence changed somehow.

I want to appreciate some of these people. I may not be able to mention all their names today, but will do that subsequently. Let me give a shout out to these few that come to mind now and to appreciate them for impacting my life positively and for adding so much value to my life as well.

There's this amazing lady from Nigeria , an amazing mentor and leader. This lady not only got me registered into LAP but also helped open my mind to so many other opportunities online, like TikTok marketing and the beauty of affiliate marketing. I always knew that TikTok was for children but this lady showed me how to create impact using TikTok and also make money from it.

I want to thank people like the great Kingala himself - Mr , who is the country director of Learnoflix Affiliate Program Cameroon. I met people like Sir , an amazing coach and leader. This is the same person that I attended his training sometime in 2017 on Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency and it blew my mind. (I've shared that story in My Journey Online). I always tell people since that time that this was the person that got me "initiated" into online business especially cryptocurrency and I was privileged to meet him after five years and to have a one on one conversation with him in Douala, thanks to my being part of LAP. I even took pictures with him, 🤣 and I'm looking forward to sitting under him again and to working closely with him. I'm so grateful to God for that great man.

I'm grateful to Dr my main trainer and... Oh my God that's my Billionaire Mentor that I got to learn a lot from his experience and journey as an entrepreneur! The story here is long...

One thing I want to tell you is please always check your inner circle. Revise the people that have influence over you. If the people around you or the people you listen to or the people that you open up your heart and your mind to are influencing you negatively, please I ask you to change them. Always revisit your inner circle and do some weeding Okay. W**d out any wrong seeds, any bad seeds, any wrong and negative influences, and continue to build meaningful relationships with people who add value to your life and help you to improve and grow. Also never skip any opportunity to learn new skills
