Cameroon’s event organizers, imagine if you prioritized the artists you’re blessed to host at your musical events instead of focusing mainly on product sales and the hype surrounding the event name.

You can’t claim to be doing this “for the artists” when most people only show up to chill, party, and chase vibes because that’s how the event is promoted.

I still believe that one day, there will be a genuine bridge between artists and event organizers…a relationship built on true collaboration. Maybe then, spectators will attend these events with the real intention of watching and supporting their favorite artists perform.

And to the few who already show up for the music and the craft, I see you. I appreciate you for understanding the culture and the art.
