Producer (English Required)

Assists with project ex*****on, day to day tracking, coordination with other groups.
Able to work with all departments, takes direction well and finishes projects in a timely manner and within cost/scope. Looks ahead for opportunities and potential pitfalls within their projects.
Contributing member to a team and vision holder to keep projects on schedule

Artists

Ability to deal with ambiguity in product details and changing requirements.
Consider the holistic experience in their work and have a strong understanding of the vision and key objectives for their area.
Works well with scoped projects.

Animators

A supporting-level player who is honing their craft and working to understand organizational context
Professionalism, craft, focused effort
Contributing member to a team, collaborate with peers.

Game Engineers

Contributes to systems design, architecture decisions, and documents.
Writes high quality code and estimates accurately.
Proficient in performance tuning, memory management, lower level diagnostics and debugging, standard and third party libraries.

QA Tester (English Required)

Get build, test build, see bug, report bug. Use TestRail (or equivalent test casing software) to run Smoke/Sanity/Regression tests.
Uses specs and production notes to audit and validate implementation of features or changes as well as understanding how different features impact others.
Requires minimal overhead to get the job done and is trusted by both the QA team and their associated development team to ensure a high quality bar
