"Communicate" with your dreams, even if they seem crazy. Write out a wish list, create a "secret" folder in your phone with pictures of new countries you haven't been to yet or want to go back to; your dream home; a rare breed of dog you've been thinking about for a long time... Go through them from time to time to get inspired and see how much you've already accomplished.

SOME TIPS FOR MAKING A LIST:
⇒ Turn off your phone and be alone to form your wishes.
⇒ Write down everything that comes to mind, even if the thought seems crazy. Then read the list carefully and analyze it.
⇒ Leave the items that seem most desirable and important.
⇒ Write down each item in as much detail as possible.
