We are pleased to launch the global open call for applications for the COP30 Climate Change Media Partnership (CCMP) Reporting Fellowship Program for climate journalists, led this year by the Stanley Center for Peace and Security and Internews’ Earth Journalism Network (EJN). Journalists in low- and middle-income countries are invited to apply through July 15, 2025.



Selected fellows will travel to Belém, Brazil, to attend and report during the climate negotiations at the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP30) in November 2025. Due to uncertainties about the availability of accommodation at this year’s COP, as the conference is hosted in a relatively small rainforest city, the exact dates, length of the program, and number of selected fellows will be confirmed at a later date once more information is available.
