As summer settles into Mallorca, life naturally moves outdoors, and the patio at becomes the place where the day unfolds more slowly. Coffee in the morning sun, long lunches in the shade, quiet afternoons by the water and evenings that stretch naturally into the night.

What we wanted to preserve here was the feeling of a traditional Bunyola townhouse patio, calm, private and deeply connected to the rhythm of village life, while making it comfortable enough to enjoy every day.

bedrooms and bathrooms were restored with tradition and heritage in mind. Original beams, textured walls, stone and wood remain intentionally present, preserving the quiet character of a traditional townhouse in the heart of Bunyola.

There is something unique about living by the sea when architecture steps back and the experience takes over. The transition between interior spaces, terrace and pool feels effortless, allowing light, landscape and horizon to become part of everyday life. In , every decision was made to reinforce that sense of calm, openness and continuity.
