The opening of marks not only Chef Gianni’s triumphant return to Central’s , it is also his first pan-European restaurant here in Hong Kong, featuring fan favourite dishes expertly prepared from classic recipes by skilled professional chefs in which they can be enjoyed all day long.
Dedica is all about Chef Gianni’s utmost respect to ingredients, , as well as the that enrich culture in many aspects; also, his continuous efforts to promote Italian cuisine and expertise in hospitality in Hong Kong.
The space is designed to be a private with a sweeping panorama along the Victoria Harbour: through the sliding door reveals the spacious interior, with art-deco inspired marbled tiling where monochrome meets a touch of greenery.
A flight of floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light into the dining space, where Chef Gianni’s personal collection of artworks is on display. A collection of art is designed and crafted by a renowned artist, adorning the interior of the restaurant.

Room to Read Annual Gala & Charity Auction
We were deeply honoured to support Annual Gala and on February 28th, helping to raise an incredible USD 38,000. These funds will provide 760 children in low-income communities with quality education and essential learning materials - empowering a future free from illiteracy and , where every child has the opportunity to read, learn, and thrive.
As a token of our appreciation for the incredible support received, we were delighted to offer two exclusive experiences featuring a four-course Italian menu for up to ten guests. The experience also included a tailored Italian tour from exceptional wine collection, along with an engaging conversation with Chef Gianni, sharing insights into his culinary journey and passion for .
