Yoga makes me happy π§‘
Falling sick for a whole month with ups and downs because of Typhoid is really mentally & physically exhausting. Canβt wait to get better and return to my full physical capacity and be able to do yoga for long hours without getting tired!
Yoga isnβt just a practice for me; itβs my life. Thereβs nothing quite like the joy of being fully present in an asana, feeling every breath, and embracing the momentπ§ββοΈπ
