“KAKIS”

In honor of Constantin Franziskakis,
who passed away on April 8, 2026.

Constantin Franziskakis dedicated his life to public service, first as a teacher and educator, then as director of Champ-Dollon prison for over a decade, and later in the Geneva police, where he served as a commissioner and major.

A man of the field, discreet, respected, and deeply committed, he left a lasting mark on all those who crossed his path.

He passed away at the age of 63, as he was preparing to retire, after a lifetime of service.

7 Shoulder-to-Overheads
8 Box Jumps
9 Deadlifts
10 Wall Ball Shots
11 Handstand Push-ups
12 Clusters

Perform the workout like the “12 Days of Christmas” song.
In round 1, perform 1 bar muscle up.
In round 2 perform 1 bar muscle up and then 2 toes to bars.
In round 3, perform 1 bar muscle up, 2 toes to bars, then 3 pull ups.
Continue adding a new movement each round.
