What an amazing Rollercoaster of emotions last week in Livigno. So proud to work for the Swiss Aerials Team and be part of their 2 Olympic Silver medals in the individual and Team competitions.

We’ve just wrapped up an outstanding pre-Olympic training camp in Airolo, Ticino.
Tomorrow, we move on to the Olympic Village in Livigno, Italy, where Noé Roth, Pirmin Werner and Lina Kozomara will fine-tune the final details of their preparation. All eyes are now on 17 February, when they take to the Olympic stage for the Aerials qualifications.
The athletes will be supported all the way by Michel Roth, Head coach, Gary Bernasconi, the teams physical trainer and myself as team Osteopath. We will also be supported by our experienced sport Doctor, Dr German Clenin.

Good bye Ruka, Finland. Great stay, training and World Cup. Next stop Helsinki, then on to Secret Garden, China.
