This morning (June 11, 9:15–9:50 a.m. CET), Carlos Moreira moderated the session "Quantum Semiconductors – Scaling from Lab to Fab", bringing together leading European voices to discuss moving quantum technologies from research to industrial-scale fabrication.

WISeKey's SEALCOIN AI subsidiary accelerates space-based blockchain infrastructure following strategic $4 million investment commitment. 🛰️🔗💰

The investment: $4 million in total – including a $1 million commitment from The Hashgraph Group (THG) and a $3 million commitment from WISeKey – to accelerate the integration of the SEALCOIN ecosystem into the rapidly emerging space economy.

More than 45,000 participants joined the recently completed S**CEDROP campaign, interacting directly with the WISeSat.Space satellite constellation (all 19 operational satellites) – becoming the first generation of space economy users and helping validate real-world satellite-to-blockchain communications.

WISeKey and Its Subsidiary WISeSat.Space Corp. Announce Confidential Submission of Amended Draft Registration Statement on Form F-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

On May 29, 2026, WISeSat.Space Holdings Corp. confidentially submitted an amended draft registration statement on Form F-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), relating to the previously announced proposed business combination with Columbus Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: COLA).

Upon completion, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "WSAT."

The proposed transaction remains subject to SEC review, CAC shareholder approval, and other customary closing conditions.

This confidential submission is a critical milestone in WISeSat's intended path to become a Nasdaq-listed European quantum-secure space technology company.
