Joseph Simon (FR) is a freelance dance artist based in Rotterdam. Having grown up in multiple countries, his intercultural background is reflected in his artistic practice. Rooted in breaking, his work explores the intersections of
ballet, house, and contemporary dance cultures, seeking dialogue between their
distinct techniques and philosophies.

Victor in short⬇️
Victor Rottier (NL) has been exploring how floorwork can deepen and enrich his movement research across styles, letting different techniques inform and inspire each other. He brings this dynamic awareness, creative curiosity, and love for the basics into both his workshops and choreographic work.

That’s a wrap on my 8-day workshop at b12 😔 and what a ride it was 🤩
I feel lucky to have spent this summer time with this very cool group of performers. You brought so much curiosity and spirit into the room, thank you for diving in with me.

We covered a lot. We questioned things, broke habits, enjoyed habits, and laughed through it all. I’m truly grateful you joined me for such an intensive period and allowed me to take you along for the ride.

I hope our paths cross again someday hopefully with the same sense of adventure ♥️
