In this workshop we will use simple yoga postures to strengthen the body and improve alignment. We will work with postures that allow us to become more aware of our body’s connections and movements, helping us improve our tango technique: axis, stability, twists, pivots and appropriate use of base leg and free leg.The workshop will have two parts: the first focused on yoga postures, and the second on tango technique.

𝑨𝑩𝑶𝑼𝑻 𝑨𝑮𝑼𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑨’𝑺 𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵
Agustina Morbiducci is a tango dancer and teacher. She has also been a student of the Iyengar Yoga method for 10 years and is currently working towards becoming a certified teacher in that method. The wonderful influence that the regular practice of Iyengar Yoga had on her dance inspired her to create this workshop.
