With this quote from Alice in Wonderland and our New Year's Cocktail "ABSOLEM & METICHO" we would like to wish you a happy new year and may 2022 start of well for you!

The base of our New Year's Cocktail comes straight out of Wonderland - the Rum Nation Meticho Spirit Drink is based on rum from Central America which is infused with Italian orange peel, grapefruit, lemons and tangerines. Together with real vanilla and a few secret ingredients, this spirit drink is created. Simply perfect for a magical trip to a new year!

We stir the Meticho over ice with Amber Vermouth, a little bit of Absinthe and a few dashes of Angostura Bitters. The result is a full bodied, but not too heavy, bittersweet glass of magic. Like sipping on a Prohibition Era Cocktail made by the Mad Hatter himself! Perfect also for batching and placing on the table to share - so we can fall into the rabbit hole and land in a happy new year!
