The Vagus Nerv. The Wonderer. A single nerve beginning in the brainstem that is so long and connect to so many different organs.
Into the neck - towards your ear, pharynx, larynx and heart.
Into the thorax - towards your lungs and thymus.
Into the abdomen - towards your stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, small intestine, large intestine, kidneys, bladder and s*x organs.
It regulates the function of so many different organs and cells in our body, but it can only do so if it is functioning optimally.

Water meditation 🧘♀️
Gase into the water.
Water permeates all life and is the center of all creation.
Just as it exists within us, water exists within every blade of grass, every grain of sand, every tree and flower and every living being.
Water makes itself available, freely for all. Water tends to carry our thoughts, feelings, ideas, desires and memories.
Start with ujjayi breath, and softly and fluidly transition into the meditation.
