What is the secret to seeing success in your wellness journey?
Consistency.
It is showing up each day and putting in the work.
It was showing up consistently in both her workouts and in her nutrition that allowed Cheryl to really see the progress she was looking for.
“Consistency gets you where you want to be! Set goals for yourself!”
These might not be the shiny actions you are looking for, but they are what will help you move the needle forward.

“Staying active helps me feel better and more confident about myself, it also gives me "me" time and helps me decompress after a long day.”
As busy moms it can be hard to carve out time for yourself during the day. For Deirdre these 30 min personal training sessions are the perfect way to break up her day and give herself some “me time”.

“Starting a fitness program has always been on and off my radar but I’d never found anything worth sticking with until coming to CrossFit Function.”
