Right now we are in the age of manifestation, magic and timeline jumping.
HOWEVER
Does the desire to bring it about quickly mask fear or impatience? Do you want it so badly you are willing to forgo the process for it?
Take YOUR time. Enjoy the process of unfolding your dreams.
If you are doing the work you are meant to, it’s not going to feel like work. It will not be draining.
It only becomes these things when we are working from a place of not being in alignment with our truth, with the core of our being.
Otherwise, your work will be your sacred obsession. One where you are excited for the discovery. One where it’s what gets you out of bed each day.
It’s what you GET to do!
If you are feeling the need based on lack, it’s the opportunity to address the feeling of lack directly.
Apply the ointment. Give yourself the nurturing you need to release the feeling, and affirm the changes you want to experience.
You will get there, no doubt beauty. You are just doing so on a very unique timeline.
AND
You just may need a bit more conditioning to hold the charge that comes with your biggest desires.
Sometimes we just need another orbit, around the sunset within the right environment, to release the ideas and expectations, so we can be aware of the reality of what we are bringing in.
So don’t compare yourself. Feel for the flow where it becomes enjoyment, not based on outcome but rather on the unfolding process.
And when it feels like work, that is your opportunity to understand the motivation and what may be out of alignment for you.

One of the most profound pieces of wisdom that greatly influenced my healing journey is the above.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If we stop thinking the same thoughts that are feeding into the feelings that we tend to want to avoid, we can drastically reduce the time that we spend suffering.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

More than anything, it comes down to the practice of cultivating a healthier inner ecosystem where we attune to a climate that promotes anchoring to better feeling states.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I would say for me, most of the negative feelings I experienced were built on the foundation of over thinking. Always needing to be ahead, to prevent some unwanted situation created by the fears. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had a severe mistrust. This created an unhealthy inner ecosystem where it was extremely common to be in states of dread, worry, and apprehension. While on the more extreme end alienation and apathy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And truth be told, this is not an overnight process. For me this took time. The greatest of which was changing the idea that it was ok to release the grip on over thinking. To recognize that over thinking wasn’t saving me, it was causing all of the issues.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It didn’t happen right away and included devotion to A practice that included releasing from the addiction. While believing that it was safe to feel good. That no one could take it away or change it, but in fact it was me changing based on my experience around others. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’ve said it before, the path isn’t easy, but it is so worth it. It begins with being willing to take a deeper look at how we show up in the world. To ask what is serving us, and is aligned with the kind of life we truly want, versus the one we accepted by default.
