Fresh outta the oven and waiting on some final touches and packaging

I tried the sourdough at Costco and I have some thoughts..

1-this is not sourdough. Look at the ingredient list, sourdough will never have yeast, sugar, oil or those last 3 ingredients 2 of which I can’t pronounce. Just flour, salt & water.
2-flavour wise, it’s pretty darn good, but because it’s not fermented with starter it just doesn’t have that sourdough tang. It just tastes like a crusty white bread.
3- It’s not sourdough, but sometimes you just gotta have the store bought bread.
