Fostering a long and proud tradition of rowing on the Red River since 1881. The Winnipeg Rowing Club is located on the Red River just south of The Forks in downtown Winnipeg. The Winnipeg Rowing Club is taking part in the "Open Doors Winnipeg" event this upcoming weekend. Guests are invited to drop-in at the WRC to tour the boathouse, learn about the equipment, watch demonstrations, try dockside rowing, and discover more about the long and proud tradition of the sport in Winnipeg since 1881.
