Super happy to post this 6 Unit town home project we finished up in the fall!

Demo in full swing at project Niagara! Sectioning off spaces is super important when only renovating portions of houses. Taking that extra second to poly and tape off openings saves so much cleaning I'm the long run maybe a zip wall passage from would make entry and exit much easier?

Doing a beautiful set off steps this week reminded me of one of the first jobs we ever took on as TLE a set of steps for a rental property. Stay tuned for finished product!

House #8 of the year done and done! This was a good build for us walk out basements are fun to do and our first mono sloped roof in quite a while!
