So, I've been lying to myself.

This week, I've been wondering what what to do next in my business. Without realizing it, I started telling myself "I can't possibly post to Instagram until ___________"
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And I kept filling in the blank:..Until I have a 3 month long content strategy...Until I take new brand photos...Until I refine my program...Until I've had lunch.

All I needed to do was open up IG and start writing, but I put it off because those stories meant that I didn't have to put myself out there.

So I caught myself, took a deep breath and showed up. Because that's the only way I know how to grow, connect, and keep on becoming who I want to be.
