For many community members, attending medical appointments in Winnipeg can be a stressful and confusing experience. The Quest Health Patient Services desk was created to help navigate the many challenges that community members may face while accessing health services.

Conveniently located in the lobby of the Quest Health Centre, the Patient Services staff are ready to find answers to any questions a patient may have about their scheduled medical appointments. The Patient Services desk can also coordinate appointments with the physicians of the Quest Medical Clinic, to address any specific or additional medical concerns or questions that may arise during a community members stay.

The on-staff Pharmacist is available to fill prescriptions, as well as to consult with patients to make sure any prescribed medications are the right fit and properly administered, while introducing tools that make day-to-day medication management easier and safer.

Quest Health Medical Clinic was formed with the goal to enhance physical and mental health recovery and to strengthen service capacity within each community. With a focus on continuance of care, we provide overall health services both in our clinic located in Winnipeg, as well as in community by our visiting health teams, with outcomes that lead to healing and self-determination for the communities, families and individuals.
