Shoutout to my client who turns 50 today!! Made it this morning for a 6:30AM session to kick off her 50’s, looking so insanely good and inspiring me! So proud of her progress so far and much more to come 🥰🫶🏻🫡

30 pounds down in 6 months, but the real transformation was so much more than the number on the scale!

Jessica came to me as a new mom who felt overwhelmed, short on time, and unsure where to start. She wanted to feel good in her body again, but she needed a plan that worked with her life, not against it.

We focused on simple and realistic habits. No all or nothing mindset. No tracking forever. No guilt when things got busy. Just steady progress, flexible routines, and support every step of the way.

And her results speak for themselves:

One of my favorite things she said was that when she missed a week, she didn’t feel guilty. In the past, that would’ve completely thrown her off. But now she knows that life happens, and what matters is getting back to it when you can. That shift made all the difference 😊

Even hitting a PR of 7 pull-ups yesterday which I forgot to film like an idiot! 😂🫶🏻
