Small job for client. Wanted temporary room dividers. Did not want drywall or coroplats panels. ACM aluminium composite (plastic) material with very durable white on both sides. Milled 2x3 with grove for ACM to wrapped each panel with. Attached panels together with 1x3 top and bottom. Was very tight to move complete walls. Screwed walls together and to side walls. Very sturdy when done. Forth job for same client with contract for 5 job to be completed this week. If you want any renovations call us. We serve clients all over the Pembina Valley, Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

A bit of landscaping and water remediation. Installed 60 feet of French drain along the neighbour property line to rear ditch. Installed 4 egress window wells with 2 of them with drainage down to weeping tiles. Raised ground level up 3 to 6 inches around most of the home (except where driveway walkway and deck exist). Installed large river rock with landscape cloth in old flower beds. Back area smaller river stone and cloth. Parking pad added 5 yards of 3/4 clean limestone. Based out of Morden. Serving Pembina Valley and Winnipeg areas. Call for a free quote.

Any licensed electrician local to Winkler that can quote on repairing this? Looks like there is no slip sleeve installed. Have to remove the meter socket and main hydro lines coming in and repair the grey pipe.
Doing a bit of landscaping for a client. Saw a rag tiled around the electrical service. Removed it and saw this nicely hidden gap. The clients (not knowledgeable about repairs etc) bought the house 3 years ago with no home inspection. Becha they did not know about this. This is the Manitoba Hydro side of the meter. Anyone want to comment on who is responsible for repairing this.... Hydro or home owner? Apparently it's the home owner that is ultimately responsible for repairs.
