Document choice now depends on WHO owns the goods and WHY they are crossing:

1. BSF865 (COMMERCIAL)
The new digital standard for businesses.

Managed via: CARM Client Portal
Use for: Trade shows, tools of the trade, testing equipment, and commercial samples.

2. E29B (NON-COMMERCIAL)
Now strictly for individuals and personal effects.

Managed via: Paper permit
Use for: High-value personal items, instruments, or sports gear for personal use.

PRO-TIP FOR LOGISTICS MANAGERS

The BSF865 must be managed in the CARM Portal. Don't wait until your driver is at the booth! Ensure your portal access and financial security are set up in advance to avoid major border delays.
