🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Onboarding Specialist at PawnMate 🚨
Are you passionate about helping people feel confident using new software? Do you love turning first-time users into power users? PawnMate, a leading cloud-based point-of-sale platform for pawnshops, buy/sell stores, and FFL (firearm) dealers, is looking for an onboarding superstar to help our customers get set up, trained, and ready to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Guide new PawnMate clients through setup and onboarding
✅ Provide friendly, clear training on how to use our software
✅ Troubleshoot early questions and make sure clients feel supported
✅ Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the onboarding process
Who You Are:
🔹 A confident communicator (written + verbal)
🔹 Patient, detail-oriented, and naturally helpful
🔹 Comfortable with technology — SaaS experience is a big plus
🔹 Organized and great at follow-up
🔹 Previous onboarding, customer success, or tech support experience preferred
This is a full time remote position with flexible hours. You’ll be joining a fast-growing company that’s redefining how pawnshops and FFL dealers operate — with purpose and innovation.

Ellie brings 17+ years of experience from Dell, where she delivered both on-site and remote support — repairing servers, configuring systems, and providing technical training. She also has hands-on experience as a Security and Surveillance System Technician, making her a strong asset for our clients' hardware support and data migration needs.

She’s been training with us over the past few weeks and is almost up to speed — already jumping in and making a difference behind the scenes.
