ve taken post-graduate courses in many areas of care with a special interest in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (the McKenzie Method) for treating neck and back injuries. With regard to Seniors' Health, I have experience treating individuals with Osteopenia, Osteoporosis and spinal fractures. I also have a special interest in providing evidence-based care for Osteoarthritis. I am dedicated to improving the strength and balance of older adults so they can maintain their independence at home and in the community. More recently, I have taken an interest in women's health, providing pre/post natal care as well as education and exercises to restore pelvic floor health.
