An integral part of my practice is patient education which includes prescribing safe, effective remedial exercises. Having practiced for the past 8 years in an inter-disciplinary team environment of physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists and naturopathic doctors, I support co-current therapy and will refer my patients as required to appropriate disciplines of practice to ensure the best possible outcomes. I grew up as a competitive swimmer and swim teacher. I’m an avid mountain climber and mountaineer. I’m a crossfitter, motorcycle enthusiast, world traveler and bus builder. I’m passionate about people- meeting new people, networking, community building, and of course, learning about my patients’ stories and perspectives. It’s all part of the fun.
