Your Role:

🔹 Manage records using NetSuite/Oracle & Zone Capture software
🔹 Handle accounts payable/receivable
🔹 Oversee general admin tasks (calls, emails, filing)
🔹 Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in an admin or similar role
✔ Basic accounting knowledge
✔ Strong organization & time management skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to work independently & in a team

💡 Experience in the rental industry is a plus but not required!
