Before becoming a therapist, I spent over fifteen years in personal banking, helping people build financial stability. What stayed with me, however, were not the numbers, but the silences in between—the unspoken fears and worries, the weight of responsibilities, and the search for balance in life. Today, I carry that insight into my therapeutic work, supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges with warmth, respect, and compassion.
