Hello escapers! St. Andrews food bank in Whitby is struggling and their shelves/fridges are bare. Help us unlock full tummies.

We are collecting on their behalf and looking for our community to come together and help.

Drop off non expired, non perishable food items to our location (1121 Dundas St East) so we can help refill their shelves.

We will match all food items donations in cash to St. Andrews. Now is the time we all come together and support those in our community who need us more than ever.

The “James Pick” Award at Creators & Classics is unlike any other award at the show.

This is the ONLY category not voted on by the public.

Instead, James from James Doyle's Garage walks the event and chooses 3 vehicles that personally stand out to him. Not because they’re the most expensive, the cleanest, or the most likely to win trophies — but because there’s something meaningful behind them.

Sometimes it’s the story.
Sometimes it’s the people behind the build.
Sometimes it’s simply the feeling the car gives on that particular day.

Past James Pick winners have included:
• A young man’s rough, multi-coloured project car his dad gave him at 12 years old, finally running after years of work.
• A Mustang that helped bring a grandfather and grandson together through cars.
• A 1983 Dodge Shelby Charger chosen during the same week Lee Iacocca and Carroll Shelby passed away, representing two automotive legends.

At first, some people don’t understand the choice — until they hear the story behind it.

And that’s exactly what makes this award special.

The James Pick Award exists to remind people that every car at the show matters to somebody. It’s a way to recognize the people who come out simply for the love of the community, never expecting to win anything at all.

This year, THREE James Pick winners will each receive a $100 certificate courtesy of Standard Auto Wreckers U-Pick Events. 🔥
