Your breath is one of the most powerful healing tools you carry every single day. Deep breathing helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, support better sleep, increase oxygen flow, and bring the body back into balance. ✨

4-4-6 Breathing Technique

✨ How to do it:

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breath gently for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
Repeat for 5–10 rounds

💚 Key focus:
Try to breathe so your belly rises more than your chest — this helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and heal” state).

🌿 Even 2–3 minutes of this can help calm the mind, reduce tension, and bring your body back into balance.
