Therapist Spotlight: Lori Hey, Registered Massage Therapist
Lori graduated in 2006 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). During her time there, she completed a placement at Queen Elizabeth’s Toronto Rehab Centre, where she had the privilege of working with individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and conditions such as multiple sclerosis. That experience shaped her approach to care, teaching her the importance of truly listening, understanding each person’s unique needs, and supporting them with compassion and determination.
Over the years, Lori has continued to expand her skills and now treats a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, arthritis, depression, headaches and migraines, whiplash, sciatica, scars, poor circulation, chronic pain, and offers both pre‑ and post‑natal massage. Her goal is always the same: to be a supportive part of your journey toward better health, comfort, and relaxation. She combines her knowledge and hands‑on experience with an intuitive, client‑centered approach that helps people feel cared for and understood.
And because life isn’t all work, a few fun things about Lori: she loves spending time with her family, enjoys running and exercise, has a passion for travel, and proudly embraces her status as a full‑on Disney nerd.
