Position: General Labourer
Position Type: Hourly
Rate of Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Reporting To: Team Lead

Main Duties: As a Labourer, your main job is to perform daily tasks to maintain and upkeep a group of property locations.

As a Labourer, you are responsible for:
• Arriving on time for scheduled shifts
• Be on call for overnight shifts in Winter for shoveling & salting
• Completing daily tasks in an efficient manner, such as: trimming, mowing, blowing, garbage collection
• Working on seasonal property maintenance projects, such as: building a fence or retaining wall, tree and stump removal, and asphalt and parking lot repair
• Informing Team Lead of any client concerns and inquiries regarding properties you have worked on
• Maintaining good rapport with clients and property owners
• Contributing to team morale and comradery
• Upholding and modeling 360BES values and work ethics

Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
• Previous experience working as a general labourer
• Experience operating general maintenance machinery (e.g. leaf/snow blower, salter, etc.)
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, 40+lbs
• Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle an asset, as transportation to various job sites each day will not be provided
• Flexibility regarding assigned work schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

RATE OF PAY: $20.00/hour - Paid CASH, SAME DAY - Guaranteed 10+ hours per snowfall

As a Labourer, you are responsible for:

• Informing Team Lead of any client concerns and inquiries regarding properties you have worked on

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience working as a general labourer
• Experience operating general maintenance machinery (e.g. leaf/snow blower, salter, etc.)

POSITION: Labourer
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Hourly
RATE OF PAY: $15.00/hour, raise to $16.00/hour after 3-month probation
REPORTING TO: Team Lead

• Contributing to team morale and comradery
• Upholding and modeling 360BES values and work ethics
