The time has come to introduce Pippin!… or Sam! Who’s playing Pippin! 👑

Sam is back for his fifth youth production at WCT. A vocal music student at All Saints CSS, Sam has also been involved in productions of Shrek and The Lion King Jr., and recently starred as Mr. MacAfee in Bye Bye Birdie. Other notable credits include Perch Perkins in SpongeBob: The Musical (OLT), Benny in Rent (FAYC), and the ensemble of 9 to 5 The Musical (WCT).

And what better way to celebrate than to introduce our Leading Player: Iz !

Iz cannot wait to be onstage again at WCT. In previous years, Iz could be seen onstage as Janis Sarkisian in Mean Girls (WCT) and in the ensemble of The Lightning Thief (WCT). When not onstage, Iz can be found creating props or in the orchestra pit, having played drums in productions of The Prom (OLT) and Disney’s Descendants (OLT). Iz has played the drums for close to ten years under the expert instruction of accomplished jazz drummer Aubrey Dayle. Rehearsing for Pippin has been a challenging yet exciting opportunity for them and they are excited and ready to be back in the spotlight.

Pippin opens THIS WEEK and we’re starting off this Monday with Toby🪄

This is Toby’s first time with WCT and they could not be happier to present this magical show to you! They have been in the Performing Arts program at O’Neill CVI for 4 years, and done many aspects of theatre from props to heading production! Additional credits include 1st Knight, Once Upon a Mattress (OCVI), Puck, Shakespeare’s Bachelorette (OTT), Mary Tudor, The Last Wife (DSP), Francis Flute, Something Rotten! (OCVI), and P, Knight in Shining Feathers (OTT).
