Hi there, I’m Lee.

My parents separated when I was a baby and I have no memories of my dad.
I always cried if anyone asked me about my dad when I was a kid.
I missed him, I wanted to see him, I was curious about him but I had no courage to ask my mom about him.

So many emotions built up in my heart towards him; anger, frustration, and sadness.

As I’ve grown up and through my yoga practice, I completely forgave him.
I didn’t forget about him, I forgive him.
I even appreciate that he gave me a life.

I know he is alive and has a beautiful family of his own in Korea. I wish him a peaceful and healthy life.

This coming Sunday is Father’s Day.

정말 오랜만에 매일매일의 루틴에서 벗어나 주말동안 커티지에 다녀왔어요.
아이들도 나도 신랑도 스크린타임에서 벗어나 먼곳을 바라보고 서로 눈을 바라보고 정말오랜만에 아무것도 하지않고 그저 순간을 함께 즐기는 느낌이 감사했어요.

충전 많이 됐네요. 이제 다시 많이많이 나눠드릴께요.

My family and I were away for a short weekend away trip to a cottage.
It was so nice to see my kids playing in a beautiful nature and not looking at their computers all day.
I felt so grateful to be able to get away during this lock down, somewhere safe and so beautiful.
I’m fully charged with more energy and inspiration.
I’m ready to share my love and light with you, my yogis!
