💙 CHD Awareness Week | February 7–14 💙

Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week is very close to my heart. From February 7th to 14th, we honor the heart warriors, heart heroes, and their families who live with CHD every single day.

This week means so much to me because of my best friend’s daughter, Zoey. She is my heart hero. Her strength, courage, and beautiful spirit inspire me more than words can say. Watching her journey has shown me just how powerful and resilient these little fighters are.

Let’s spread awareness, share love, and support families affected by CHD. Wear red or blue, share a post, and help educate others—because every heart deserves a chance.
