Here's an easy honey lip scrub if your lips get extra dry in the cold weather.

1 tsp honey
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive or coconut oil
1-2 drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil(optional)

Mix the ingredients together and massage into lips for 1 minute. Rinse off.
