Waterproofed shower, heated floor, 12×24 tile on the floor, 24×48 on the walls with double nieche, hex tile shower pan, and a curb finished with round edge details. Everything lined up, clean, and built to last — no shortcuts, just solid work.

Fireplace refresh with white matte tiles seamlessly blended into existing hardwood. Tight layout, clean cuts, and a hearth detail dialed in for a smooth transition that sits perfectly flush. Simple work, done right.

Two bathrooms completed in Brackendale, each with its own approach. One shower finished with a linear drain for a clean, modern flow. The second built around a centered drain with an envelope cut to keep the slopes spot on.

Careful layout, consistent pattern, and a lot of attention to the details that don’t jump out right away — but make all the difference long term.

Keeping high-traffic spaces looking sharp — completed a slate tile repair and concrete patch at the Fairmont. Matching existing stone, resetting loose pieces, and tightening up the grout lines so everything blends seamlessly with the original install.

Durability first, but the finish still has to look like it’s always been there.

This custom shower build was fully wrapped with Schluter-KERDI — base, curb, walls, you name it.

We laser-leveled every cut, locked it all in with leveling clips, and wrapped it with clean, modern tile to finish.
