We are the host club for the South Niagara Invite Highschool Spring Regatta and the Head of the Welland Fall Regatta. We offer youth summer camps, learn to row programs for adult and youth, as well as rowing development and competitive programs. Please visit us at www.rowsnrc.ca.

2026 Stinger Discovery Camp (U15) - South Niagara Rowing Club Weekly Full-Day Rowing/Multi-Sport Summer Camp - get an excellent introduction to rowing and learn the basic technical aspects of the sport.
